Lift Threadz Promos is the custom gear side of Lift Threadz. We make branded apparel and promo products for businesses, teams, schools, and other groups. On this page, “we” and “us” mean Lift Threadz Promos. You can reach us at promos@liftthreadz.com.

• Use the site to learn about our work and to ask for a quote.
• Give us true information when you fill out a form.
• Send a request only for a group you are allowed to speak for.
• Do not try to break the site, overload it, send spam through our forms, or copy the site with automated tools in a way that harms it.

Anything you see on this site or get from a form is an estimate. It is not a binding offer. An order is set only when we confirm it with you in a written quote or order. Your written quote or order controls if it says something different from this site.

The turnaround times and minimum order sizes on this site are typical. They are not guarantees. Timelines and minimums are typical for custom decoration and vary by product, quantity, and decoration method. Your exact numbers are confirmed on your quote.

Each promo offer has its own terms, shown on the offer page. Those terms apply along with these. Our current offer pages say: “New clients only. Cannot be combined with any other offer.”

Our GearFundz page explains how a fundraiser night works. The details for your event, including the donation, are confirmed with you in writing for each event.

• When you send us a logo, artwork, or a name to put on gear, you confirm that you have the right to use it.
• You let us use it to make your proof and to produce your order.
• Your logos and artwork stay yours.
• If someone claims your artwork belongs to them, you are responsible for that claim.

The text, photos, designs, and the Lift Threadz and Lift Threadz Promos names and logos on this site belong to Lift Threadz. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

Other company logos and brand names shown on this site belong to their owners. Showing a brand we decorate does not mean that brand sponsors or endorses us.

We work to keep this site correct and up to date, but we offer it “as is.” We do not promise that every detail is right, complete, or current, or that the site will always be up. Product photos show past work. Colors and details on your order may look a little different on a screen than in person.

As far as the law allows, Lift Threadz Promos is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using this site, like lost profits or lost data. This section is about the website. What we owe you on an order is covered by your written quote or order.

This site links to sites we do not run, like Instagram. We are not responsible for what is on them or how they handle your information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
