Privacy Policy

When you send a form on this site, we collect what you type into it. We have forms on our quote page, our promo offer page, our GearFundz page, and our athlete brand page. Depending on the form, that can include:

• Your name.
• The name of your company, school, team, or program.
• Your email address.
• Your phone number. It is optional on most forms. It is required on our promo offer form.
• On the quote form: whether you checked the box to get text updates about your order. If you did, we save the time you checked it, your IP address, and the exact words you agreed to.
• Details about your project. This covers the products you want, the kind of team or group, about how many pieces, when you need them, and anything you write in the message box.
• On the GearFundz form: the kind of group, about how many people may come, and when you hope to hold your night.
• On the athlete brand form: whether you are the athlete, a parent or guardian, a coach, or someone else who speaks for the athlete. We also collect the athlete’s name, their sport, position, or team, a link to a social or player profile, and what you tell us about the athlete.

Each form also sends us the page you were on and a short note about how you first found us. That note is explained in the next section.

Our forms do not take file uploads, and we do not ask for card numbers on this site. If you email us a logo or artwork, we receive it by email.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see how people use the site, like which pages get visited and how visitors got here. Google sets its own cookies to do this. We also tell Google Analytics when a form is sent, and which ad, search, or referral it came from.

Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It tells Meta (the company behind Facebook and Instagram) when a page is viewed and when a form is sent, so we can see if our ads are working. When a form is sent, we also tell Meta which ad, search, or referral it came from. Meta sets its own cookies to do this.

Our first-visit note

The first time you land on the site, we save a short note in your browser. It is saved in a cookie named ltp_first_touch that lasts 30days. A copy is kept in your browser’s session storage under the name liftpromos_first_touch, which clears when you close the tab. The note holds:

• The first page you landed on.
• The name of the website that sent you here, like “google.com.” We save only the site name, not the full address.
• Ad tags from the link you clicked, if it had any. These are the UTM source, medium, campaign, and term.
• A Google Ads click ID (called a gclid), if the link had one.

When you send a form, a short version of this note goes with it. That is how we know which ad, search, or referral a request came from.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps standard server logs. Those logs can include your IP address, your browser type, and the time of your visit. When a form is sent, our server log also records the company or group name, the team type, the products, the quantity, the timing, and the first-visit note. It does not record your name, email, or phone number.

• To answer your quote request and make your proof or mockup.
• To produce and deliver your order.
• To follow up with you by email or phone about your request.
• If you opted in, to text you updates about your quote and order. See Text messages below.
• To see how our ads and our website are doing.

We do not sell your personal information.

• The Lift Threadz team and our marketing agency. Each form request is emailed to our team and to the marketing agency that helps us run this site and our ads.
• Resend. This is the email service that delivers that alert email to us.
• LiftThreadzOS. This is Lift Threadz’s own customer system. Your request is saved there so an account manager can work on it. It is hosted on Supabase and Vercel.
• Google and Meta.They receive the tracking data described above. We may also share contact details with Meta to measure ads. Your email and name are turned into a code before they are sent. The Meta Pixel can also read contact details you type into our forms, including your phone number, and turn them into a code before sending them to Meta. Meta uses that code only to match a form request to one of our ads. Your IP address, your browser type, the page address, and Meta’s cookie IDs are sent as they are. Meta uses these to match a form request to an ad.
• Vercel. Vercel hosts this site.

Requests sent from our athlete brand page are tagged as coming through our partner, Slingin’ the Pill Media.

We may also share information if the law requires us to.

• Google Analytics. You can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
• Meta ads. You can change how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Meta ad settings.
• Cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. Our forms still work without them.
• Follow-up. If you do not want us to contact you again, reply to any email from us and say so, or email promos@liftthreadz.com.
• See, fix, or delete your information. Email promos@liftthreadz.com and tell us what you want. We will look up what we have under your name and email and take care of it.

We keep form requests and order records for as long as we need them to serve your account, handle reorders, and keep our business records. The first-visit cookie lasts 30 days. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing promos@liftthreadz.com.

This site is for businesses, schools, teams, and other groups. It is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

On our athlete brand page, a parent, guardian, or coach may send us information about a young athlete. If you believe a child under 13 sent us information, email promos@liftthreadz.com and we will delete it.

We operate in the United States, and this site is meant for people in the United States. If you use it from another country, your information will be handled in the United States.

No website or email is perfectly safe. Please do not put sensitive details, like card numbers or ID numbers, in a form message box.

This site links to other sites, like Instagram and liftthreadz.com. Those sites have their own privacy policies. This page covers only liftthreadzpromos.com.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
